Generally, silent dg generator sets are equipped with air filters, and the intake noise of silent diesel engine generator sets can be greatly attenuated and become a secondary sound source. When other sound sources are further controlled, the intake noise of the silent generator set may become the main sound source. The method of using the silent dg set correctly is introduced as follows, there are three main types:
1. First, pay attention to the manual operation of the silent dg set:

c. Turn on the key of the starting circuit and continue to turn the key to the right to start the diesel engine. After the start is successful, set the key back to the charging position.

2. Silent dg genset set automatic operation:
a. Under normal mains power conditions, move the automatic control button of the automatic controller up to the "automatic" position. It is forbidden to start the diesel engine manually. When the mains power fails, the diesel generator set can automatically start and automatically supply power to the grid through the ATS switch.
b. After the unit automatically starts running, turn the key switch to the charging position in time.
c. The unit can automatically shut down after the utility power comes in. After stopping the machine, turn the key switch to the middle position to prevent the battery from failing and affecting the next use.
3. maintenance, maintenance:
a. The new machine needs to change the oil, clean the diesel filter, and the air filter after 60 hours of operation.
b. The battery electrolyte should be checked frequently, and should be refilled in time when it is insufficient.
c. Check the tightness of the belt frequently, adjust the tension mechanism, and maintain the tension.
d. The water heating and oil heating switches should be turned on in the cold season to keep the unit at a certain temperature to ensure that the unit can be used normally.
