I. Overview
With the increasing market requirements for mobile power genset stations, the company specially designed mobile trailer power generator stations with power from 10 kva genset to 1200 kva generator. The trailer power station series diesel engine generator set provided by the company is a new mobile power station that installs the mini dg set on the trailer for mobile operation. The trailer power station has good mobility, strong adaptability, rapid power supply, and is suitable for power genset maintenance, engineering repairs, field operations and emergencies where power is inconvenient and cannot be supplied. It is used in the communication industry, emergency standby power industry, film and television production, It is widely used in municipal engineering construction and emergency rescue.
2. Characteristics of trailer power generator station
Beautiful appearance, movable hook, 180°turntable and 90°two kinds, flexible steering, to ensure safety in driving.
The cabinet is equipped with an observation window to observe the operating status of the unit at a glance. There are doors on both sides for easy operation and maintenance.
An emergency stop button is installed on the outside of the box, which can be used for emergency stop in exceptional circumstances.
The box has good air tightness, rainproof and safe use.
The trailer chassis is an integral frame structure with leaf springs installed to reduce vibration.
The tail light is equipped with a seven-hole plug series with steering and brake light indication (not standard).
The trailer is equipped with a mechanical hand brake or an air brake device (not standard), which brakes synchronously with the tractor to ensure safety during driving.
In order to ensure the stability of the power car during operation, it is equipped with 4 mechanical or hydraulic support devices (not standard).
There are ceiling and explosion-proof lights in the carriage, and is equipped with a work desk lamp, which is convenient for the staff to operate.
The dg genset vehicle is equipped with two fire extinguishers to ensure safe use.
Optional mute scheme can reduce noise pollution to the outdoor environment. The trunk and doors of the power genset car are all decorated with double layers, and equipped with sound-absorbing panels to silence the sound; the exhaust pipe is wrapped with insulation cotton, and the noise can be controlled within 75dB(A).
3. Detailed description of trailer structure
1) The design of the mobile diesel generator set is unique and innovative. The trailer diesel generator set has high mobility, low center of gravity, safe braking, excellent dg manufacturing and beautiful appearance.
2) The control device of the unit is located above the generator. The product is suitable for field operations, urban projects, remote areas lacking electricity, and more mobile departments as common or backup power sources for lighting and power communications.
3) The diesel engine generator set is fixedly installed on a trailer composed of standard auto parts, and is composed of a metal outer cover, which can be towed by the car to realize free movement. The application of sound insulation and noise reduction technology can make the trailer power station into a silent trailer power station. It has the characteristics of low noise, dust proof and rainproof, and strong adaptability to the environment. The product can be used as an emergency temporary current, mobile station power genset supply equipment.
4) The trailer power engine station connects the diesel engine and the generator directly to the bottom of the steel plate. The power genset station adopts a single-shaft or double-shaft structure. The carriage is pressed from metal sheets and adopts a fully sealed structure to prevent Dust-proof, rainproof, front and rear, left and right opening windows and doors and lower doors are provided for maintenance and use. The power station is equipped with brake, suspension, traction and other devices.
