The advance angle can be determined according to the flywheel scale indicated by the pointer on the flywheel inspection window. When adjusting, loosen the two adjustment screws on the oil pump steel plate coupling, slowly rotate the crankshaft to make the steel plate coupling rotate at the required angle, then tighten the two adjustment screws, and then adjust the advance angle. The dual fuel standby generator can be checked repeatedly according to the above method.
The crankshaft can be rotated in reverse so that the first cylinder piston is at top dead center. Align the pointer of the flywheel housing inspection window with the corresponding alignment to be adjusted before aligning the flywheel housing. Loosen the two adjusting screws on the steel plate coupling connected with the high-pressure oil pump bow drive shaft, and then rotate the oil pump cam to the first one according to the oil pump cam shaft. The oil level of the cylinder outlet valve seat just fluctuates to the torque, then tighten the two ruthenium screws of the coupling, and check again whether the fuel supply advance angle is within the advance angle range.
