1. The pump membrane of the oil transfer pump is rotten or degumming, so that the diesel engine genset oil flows into the oil pan and mixes with the engine oil. Remove the oil transfer pump, and add corresponding pressure to the oil inlet and outlet pipes on the oil pump test bench. If no engine diesel leakage is found, the oil transfer pump is intact.

2. The opening pressure of the fuel injector is low, and the atomization is poor, so that the diesel fuel flows into the oil pan along the cylinder wall to mix with the oil. Remove the fuel injector and test it on the high-pressure fuel pump test bench. If the opening pressure of the fuel injector meets the requirements and the atomization is good, the fuel injector is intact. Otherwise, repair or replace it.

3. The front end of the fuel injection pump is leaking, that is, the front end of the fuel injection pump is ineffective. Remove the inspection hole cover of the gear chamber cover. If a large amount of diesel is sprayed from behind the drive gear of the fuel injection pump, it can be concluded that the diesel is leaking into the fuel from the fuel injection pump. The bottom shell is mixed with engine oil. Disassemble the fuel injection pump and test on the high pressure fuel pump test bench. It is found that the oil seal at the front gear journal of many fuel injection pumps is deformed, a large amount of diesel oil is leaked, and the oil seal seat has a disassembled gear, and the trace (indentation) of the special tool screw is used to make the oil seal The seat and oil seal are deformed, causing diesel oil leakage. Finally, replace the fuel injection pump and the failure can be resolved.
