1. Water pump failure

Check whether the water pump works well. If it is found that the gear shaft of the water pump is worn out, it means that the water pump has no effect and needs to be replaced before the circulation can be normal.

2. Exhaust system failure

The air is mixed in the cooling system of the dg set generator, which causes the pipeline to be blocked. The damage of the suction valve and the exhaust valve on the expansion tank also directly affects the circulation. At this time, you should always check whether their pressure values meet the regulations. The suction pressure is 10kpa. Exhaust pressure is 40kpa. Except for the second time, whether the exhaust pipe is unblocked is also an important reason affecting circulation.

3. The radiator fin is blocked or damaged

The cooling fan does not work or the cooling fins are blocked, so that the temperature of the coolant cannot be lowered, and the cooling fins are rusty, causing liquid leakage and poor circulation.

4. thermostat failure

A thermostat is installed in the combustion chamber of the engine generator to control the temperature of the engine combustion chamber. The thermostat must be fully opened at the specified temperature (82 degrees) to facilitate small circulation. If there is no thermostat, the coolant cannot maintain the circulating temperature. A low temperature alarm may be generated.

5. The coolant level is too low or does not meet the requirements

If the liquid level is too low, it can directly cause the coolant temperature to rise so that the coolant does not circulate. The coolant is 50% antifreeze and 50% softened water according to the regulations. If it does not meet the regulations, it will block the pipeline and cause rust on the pipe wall. So that the coolant can not circulate normally.
