4. For the metal mesh (wire) in the fine filter, the hole or wire diameter can only be slightly smaller, and cannot be increased, and the filling amount must not be reduced, otherwise the filtering effect will be reduced.
5. The intake pipe must not leak air. The oil change and cleaning should be carried out in a place with no wind and dust; high-pressure air should be used to blow the filter screen in a low-humidity environment, and the blowing direction should be the same as that of the air entering the filter screen. The directions are opposite; when installing, the fold directions of adjacent filters should cross each other.
6. When installing the air filter, do not miss, reverse or wrongly install the sealing gaskets and rubber connecting pipes, and ensure the tightness of each press. The paper dust cup air filter must be cleaned every 50-100 hours of work. The surface dust can be removed with a soft brush. If the working time exceeds 500 hours or is damaged, it should be replaced in time.
