1. How to control the fuel injection rate of the dg set?
Answer: The amount of fuel injected depends on the length of the fuel injection time. According to the different control methods of the solenoid coil, the fuel injector is divided into two types: voltage-driven and current-driven. The voltage type is also divided into low resistance and high resistance. High resistance can be connected to 12V, low resistance can only be connected to low voltage, wrong connection to 12V for a longer time will burn the coil. When fuel is injected, the voltage provided by the computer is constant, for example, 12V, and immediately becomes 0V when the fuel is cut off. This change is instantaneous, just like the concept of 0 and 1 in computer language, and there is no 0.5 in between. In other words, this is a pulsating direct current signal. It is not a term such as alternating current. What is the concept of alternating current? Alternating current is called alternating current. It seems that in the car, except for the parts before the generator rectifier, there is basically no access to alternating current.
For the same type of EFI car, the pressure of the gasoline pump is constant. Regardless of the opening of the throttle valve, as long as it is adjusted by the fuel pressure regulator, the pressure of the fuel injection nozzle of the engine generator set is always constant. The fuel injection nozzle is used strictly with the fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator. Only the designed pressure can the fuel injection nozzle achieve the best atomization effect. The pressure is lower than the design pressure, and the sprayed oil is not misty, but columnar. , It is not suitable to mix with air; if the pressure is too high, the sprayed oil is in the shape of a conical surface, and it is not easy to mix, and the spray force is too large, and a lot of fuel is sprayed directly on the pipe wall, which directly affects the mixing ratio parameter. Regardless of acceleration or idling, the pressure should be constant. Different models have different pressures.
2. When the fuel injection nozzle is blocked, the fuel injection is not smooth, or there is carbon and glue in the gap of the fuel injection nozzle, how should I clean it?

The other is that the glue contained in gasoline, when passing through the gap, is sprayed at a high speed by the gasoline, and it is difficult to store. The so-called water droplets are pierced. Not to mention the powerful knocking of the needle valve and the contact surface countless times a day. What is glue here?
Furthermore, most models use the out-of-cylinder injection method, and the temperature here is not high, and the working environment is several times better than that of the spark plug. To be honest, it is difficult to figure out some failures.
The position that really easily affects the atomization should be the outer surface of the fuel injection nozzle. A car that burns badly will easily cause recoil and pollute this position. This is also divided into two. A car that burns well will not recoil. A car that burns badly will pollute even if it is cleaned and run within a few kilometers. It's useless after washing, but first remove the roots when curing the disease. For example, a car that burns well, no matter when you turn on the spark plug, it is clean; a car that burns badly, even if you change to a new spark plug, it will still be black and black if you take it down after 5 minutes. In fact, the so-called advanced cleaning agents are all containing stupid or benzene aromatic hydrocarbons. They can melt part of the carbon deposits while being burned in the engine genset. The cheapest cleaning agent is a carburetor cleaning agent, which can also be added. In fact, the normal combustion of the power engine is also a process of continuously producing carbon deposits and continuously ablating the carbon deposits. It is a relatively conservative process. There is no carbon deposit at all. Some friends always feel good when they see the black water flowing out of the exhaust pipe when cleaning the carbon deposits. In fact, 90% of the black water is not the carbon deposits inside the generator set. What's more, after washing and drying, the gasoline will continue to produce a certain amount of carbon deposits until the equilibrium state. It is not meaningful. It’s not a last resort, don’t wash it. In fact, the burning temperature of benzene aromatic hydrocarbons in the cylinder is much higher than that of gasoline. It’s not good for the car to wash the sauna.
The maintenance focus of EFI vehicles is still on the throttle. There is a lot of putty. Buy a better carburetor cleaner, remove the air filter, pull the fire, and constantly change the throttle size, and spray into the inlet pipe, which will not only clean the throttle. The valve can also clean the sensor hot line of the air flow meter. Do not disassemble and clean the throttle valve. This place is the same as the carburetor. The closing and opening of the door is a process of constant wear and tear.
