Bidirection power SC Series 688 kVA DG Set 50Hz is powered by the G series diesel engine model SC27G830D2 of Shanghai Diesel Engine Co., LTD (SDEC). The sets feature high voltage regulation accuracy, good dynamic performance, small voltage wave distortion, high efficiency, reliable operation, long service life and good fuel economy. With a maintenance-free battery starting system, the generating sets can be started to generate electric power just by pouring oil and coolant and turning on the negative switch, greatly improving the convenience of use. The G series V-type engine (SC25/27G) is improved by SDEC on the basis of the 12V135 diesel engine that is special for generator sets with major upgrades in engine quality, reliability, fuel economy, NVH and appearance. The SC27G engine’s stroke is extended to 155 mm. Most parts of the G series V-type engine are interchangeable with those of the 12V135 diesel engine. It is made in accordance with the SAIC MOTOR manufacturing standards.

Bidirection power D Series 688 kVA DG Set 50Hz is powered by Doosan diesel engine DP180LB. Doosan diesel engines, providing best-level performance even under harsh conditions for any applications thanks to a turbocharger with an intercooler and advanced fuel-injection system. Simple aftertreatment minimizes maintenance needs, preventive repairs and operating costs. Plus, long intervals between needed oil and filter changes provide another ease of operation. Doosan developed engines robust enough to increase the uptime and endure the most challenging working conditions. A non-DPF system contributes to easy and flexible installation, long maintenance intervals and low total life cycle costs. All dg sets are prototype tested, factory built, and production tested.
