The new standard of occupational health and safety management system was released on 2020-03-06 and implemented on 2020-03-06. GB/T 45001—2020/ISO 45001:2018, replacing GB/T 28001-2011 and GB/T 28002-2011.
This standard complies with the requirements of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) for management system standards. These requirements include a unified high-level structure and the same core text and common terminology with core definitions, which are designed to facilitate users of this standard to implement multiple ISO management system standards.
Although the elements of this standard can be compatible or integrated with other management systems, this standard does not include requirements for other topics (such as quality, social responsibility, environment, security, or financial management, etc.).
This standard contains requirements that organizations can use to implement occupational health and safety management systems and carry out conformity assessments. Organizations wishing to prove compliance with this standard can do so in the following ways:
