3. The noise reduction performance of the muffler; (the amount of noise reduction and frequency spectrum characteristics)
4. Aerodynamic performance of the muffler; (pressure loss, etc.)
5. The structural performance of the muffler. (Size, price, life, etc.)
6. Pay attention to the cross-sectional area of the clear passage of the muffler. When the air duct and the muffler are connected, it needs to be enlarged if necessary (when the wind speed is limited).
7. The installation of muffler equipment such as muffler must have an independent load-bearing boom or base; it must be connected with the sound source equipment through a soft joint.
8. When two muffler elbows are used in series, the connection distance between the two elbows should be greater than 2.5 times the diagonal length of the elbow section.
