Bidirection Power SC Series 1000 kVA DG Set 50Hz is powered by the W series diesel engine model 6WTAA35-G32 of Shanghai Diesel Engine Co., LTD (SDEC). The set features high voltage regulation accuracy, good dynamic performance, small voltage wave distortion, high efficiency, reliable operation, long service life and good fuel economy. With a maintenance-free battery starting system, the generating sets can be started to generate electric power just by pouring oil and coolant and turning on the negative switch, greatly improving the convenience of use. The W series engine with its technical criteria up to international advanced level is newly designed and carefully made by SDEC to meet the demand of the generator sets market for high power. The W series engine features compact structure, high reliability, good fuel economy, low noise and attractive appearance. It is made in accordance with the SAIC MOTOR manufacturing standards.

Four valves per cylinder, electronic governor and P11 high pressure fuel injection pump effectively improve combustion and emissions, providing smooth engine operation and good fuel economy;
Robust cylinder block, rear gear train and appropriate-arranged reinforcing ribs provide the engine with good stiffness, compact structure, low vibration and low noise;
Optimized cam profile reduces impact force and improves reliability and durability;
Electric pump for pre-supply of oil provides moving parts with lubrication before engine starting.
